Credit Facilities

The Union offers a wide range of credit facilities, from short-term emergency support to long-term financing, tailored to how our members actually live and work.

• Business Loans — for sole proprietors, partnerships and business groups.
• Real Estate Loans — for construction of houses and business centers.
• Agricultural Loans — for poultry, plantation and peasant farming.
• Social Loans — for anniversaries, marriages, school fees and health needs.
• Consumption Loans — for food, drinks, clothing and everyday needs.
• Contract Financing — for members executing a confirmed contract or order.
• Container Clearing Loans — for members clearing goods at the port.

Through these facilities, the Union has impacted positively on the lives of many members — BPTCCUL exists to serve its members to their satisfaction at all times.

Social Fee Loan

Available whenever school is about to resume, for members who receive their salary through the Union or hold a standing order. Offered over 10 months at 1% per month, with interest deducted upfront — designed to help members meet pressing financial needs at the start of a school term.

Special Operation Loan

A special, emergency short-term credit facility with a life span of one to three months, at an interest rate of 3% per month.
